Charlie has been building new homes since 1993, bringing more than three decades of hands-on knowledge and an understanding of what separates a well-built home from one that simply looks good. His work includes custom homes in some of Scottsdale’s most sought-after communities, including Whisper Rock, DC Ranch, Pima Acres, and Silverleaf.

Renee Tulliani
Renee has been in real estate since 1998, spending more than 25 years helping clients buy, sell, invest in and transform properties for resale. Through years of working with homeowners and investors—and renovating properties of her own—she developed an eye for the details that make the biggest difference: where to invest, where not to overspend, and how to source beautiful, quality products at the right price.
Charlotte Renee was created to bring two worlds together: decades of building experience and decades of real estate, renovation and design experience.
We believe a beautiful space shouldn't require choosing between quality, style and value. From cabinetry and countertops to finishes and the details that pull an entire space together, every selection is made with the same question in mind:
"Would we put this in our own homes? If the answer isn't yes, we don't offer it."
